CBP Issues Reminder of FY 2022 COBRA User Fee Changes

On August 19, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #49082542, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a reminder that the fee changes previously announced in Federal Register Notice 86 FR 40864 will go into effect on October 1, 2021. Broker permits issued on or after October 1st and annual user fees for calendar year 2022 are also subject to the new fee amounts.
