CBP Issues Period 6 Specialty Sugar Quota Bulletin

On July 15, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #48776285, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the publication of Quota Bulletin (QB) 21-317 2021 for Specialty Sugar Quota Period 6.

Quota entries may be transmitted on July 21, 2021 from 12:00 midnight local time until 12:00 noon EST only. Entries that are received early or late will not be processed during the opening, although early transmissions may be transmitted a second time during the correct time range.

As reported, CBP is expecting this to oversubscribe at the opening moment.
