CBP Issues Period 4 Specialty Sugar Quota Bulletin

On April 12, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #46953805, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the publication of Quota Bulletin (QB) 21-308 2021 for Specialty Sugar Quota Period 4.

Quota entries may be transmitted on April 15, 2021 from 12:00 midnight local time until 12:00 noon EST only. Entries that are received early or late will not be processed during the opening, although early transmissions may be transmitted a second time during the correct time range.

As reported, CBP is expecting this to oversubscribe at the opening moment.
