CBP Issues New Trade News Snapshot

On July 11, 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Volume 5, Issue 4 of its Trade News Snapshot. This publication replaces the quarterly CBP Trade Enforcement Bulletin and is produced by the Office of Trade. This issue highlights the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) implementation, the quarterly meeting of the Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC), and the new customs broker education requirements.
