CBP Issues New Issue of “Trade News Snapshot”

On February 9, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published Volume 6, Issue 1 of its “Trade News Snapshot”. This publication replaces the quarterly CBP Trade Enforcement Bulletin and is produced by the Office of Trade.

The publication highlights new guidance resources for the Forced Labor and Uygur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), CBP’s promotion of the Section 321 e-commerce data pilot, and trade statistics for December 2023.
