On September 21, 2018, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #18-000554, on the changes to the Harmonized Tariffs Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) due to the third list of products subject to the Section 301 trade remedy.
CBP has added two new special tariff numbers that will apply to products covered under the list of goods published on September 21, 2018 in the Federal Register.

9903.88.03 – Covers products outlined in U.S. Note 20(f) to Subchapter III to Chapter 99;

9903.88.04 – Covers products outlined in U.S. Note 20(g) to Subchapter III to Chapter 99.
Additionally, the new statistical reporting number, 8517.62.0090, is not subject to the additional duty as outlined in U.S. Note 20(g)(2) to Subchapter III to Chapter 99.
The instructions for products covered under lists one and two remains unchanged.
