The suspensions are effective from March 4, 2021 until July 4, 2021.

On March 12, 2021, in CSMS #46590066, CBP issued guidance on the suspension of Section 301 duties on certain goods of the European Union, also related to the WTO large civil aircraft disputes. These suspensions are effective from March 11, 2021 until July 11, 2021.
