CBP Issues Guidance on Section 301 Suspensions

On March 10, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #46561075, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the suspension of Section 301 duties imposed on certain goods of the United Kingdom related to the World Trade Organization (WTO) large civil aircraft disputes. The suspensions are effective from March 4, 2021 until July 4, 2021.

On March 12, 2021, in CSMS #46590066, CBP issued guidance on the suspension of Section 301 duties on certain goods of the European Union, also related to the WTO large civil aircraft disputes. These suspensions are effective from March 11, 2021 until July 11, 2021.
