CBP Issues Guidance on Section 301 List 4A Exclusion Extensions

On September 10, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #44016918, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the Section 301 List 4A product exclusion extensions originally announced in Federal Register Notice (FRN) 85 FR 54616.

The extensions cover 14 ten-digit subheadings and 73 product descriptions from various rounds of List 4A exclusions, all originally scheduled to expire on September 1, 2020. The extended exclusions will be valid from September 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020 and can be claimed under 9903.88.57.
