CBP Issues Guidance on Section 301 List 3 Technical Amendment

On May 10, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #47741425, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the Section 301 List 3 technical amendment originally announced in Federal Register Notice (FRN) 86 FR 22092.

The amendment allows product exclusions under 9903.88.13, 9903.88.18, 9903.88.33, 9903.88.34, 9903.88.35, 9903.88.37, 9903.88.38, 9903.88.40, 9903.88.41, 9903.88.43, 9903.88.45, 9903.88.46, and 9903.88.48 to be applied to eligible products entered between May 10, 2019 and June 15, 2019 under section 301 tariff 9903.88.09.
