CBP Issues Guidance on Section 301 List 1 Exclusion Extensions

On September 28, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #44243021, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the Section 301 List 1 extensions of certain product exclusions announced in Federal Register Notice (FRN) 85 FR 59587.

The extensions apply to 62 product descriptions and can be claimed under 9903.88.58. They are effective from September 20, 2020, through December 31, 2020.
