CBP Issues Guidance on Section 232 Steel and Aluminum Exclusions

On March 11, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service #41981999, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the active steel and aluminum product exclusions from Section 232 duties. 

CBP publishes approved product exclusion identifiers (PEIs) in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and updates them weekly.
