CBP Issues Guidance on Reinstatement of Certain Section 301 Exclusions

On March 31, 2022, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #51469298, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the reinstatement of certain Section 301 product exclusions originally announced in Federal Register Notice (FRN) 87 FR 17380.

The reinstated extensions will be valid from October 12, 2021, through December 31, 2022. They can be claimed under 9903.88.67 beginning April 7, 2022.
