CBP Issues Guidance on Extension of Certain Section 301 Exclusions

On December 23, 2022, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #54468100, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the extension of certain Section 301 product exclusions originally announced in Federal Register Notice (FRN) 87 FR 78187.

The exclusions are extended through September 30, 2023. They can be claimed under 9903.88.67.
