CBP Issues Guidance on COVID-19 Related Section 301 Exclusion Extensions

On March 15, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #46607637, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the extension of certain COVID-19 related Section 301 exclusions announced in Federal Register Notice (FRN) 86 FR 13785.

The extensions apply to 99 product descriptions, outlined in FRN 85 FR 85731. They will be valid through September 30, 2021.
