CBP Annual User Fee for 2024 Due in February

On November 27, 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a notice in the Federal Register announcing the due date and amount of the 2024 annual user fee assessed for a broker’s national permit. 

The annual user fee is assessed "for each customs broker permit granted to an individual, partnership, association, or corporation." 

CBP also announced that payment would be accepted electronically via CBP's electronic portal (eCBP). 

The 2024 permit fee will be $174.80, and is due no later than February 9, 2024.
