CBP Annual User Fee for 2022 Due in January

On November 23, 2021, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the due date and amount of the 2022 annual user fee assessed for each permit held by a broker in a Federal Register notice (FRN).

CBP assesses the annual fee in each broker district where the broker was issued a permit to do business.

The fee for 2022 will be $153.19 for each district due by January 31, 2022.
