On October 28, 2020, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the due date and amount of the 2021 annual user fee assessed for each permit held by a broker in a Federal Register notice (FRN).
CBP assesses the annual fee in each broker district where the broker was issued a permit to do business.
The fee for 2021 will be $150.33 for each district due by January 29, 2021.
