CBP Announces Suspension of Certain Thai Goods from GSP

On May 6, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #42615473, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that $1.3 billion worth of goods are suspended from preferential treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) for Thailand.  In this notice, CBP is implementing the changes announced in Presidential Proclamation 9955 on October 25, 2019, which was published in Federal Register 84 FRN 58567. 

The suspension is effective April 25, 2020, and the list of excluded products can be found in the Federal Register:
