On April 26, 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) posted a video introducing its Green Trade Strategy. The strategy “governs the agency’s efforts to combat climate change in the context of the trade mission and provides a framework to incentivize green trade, strengthen CBP’s environmental enforcement posture, accelerate green innovation, and improve climate resilience and resource efficiency.”
