CBP Announces Forced Labor Portal Training Webinars

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on January 5, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced three webinars to train users on the upcoming release of the Forced Labor Portal.

The Forced Labor Portal is scheduled to launch later in January 2026, and once it is deployed shipments that have been detained or excluded for forced labor enforcement will need to be reviewed by the applicable port of entry through the Portal.

The training webinars will be held at the following times:

  • Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time;
  • Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time; and
  • Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
