CBP Announces Fiscal Year 2026 Trade Violation Webinars

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on February 13, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the schedule of their webinars of reporting suspected trade violations online for the fiscal year 2026.

Webinars on the Trade Violations Reporting (TVR) tool will be held on the following days:

  • Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. EST.
  • Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. EST.

Webinars on the Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) will be held on the following days:

  • Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST.
  • Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST
  • Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST.

Registration will open one month prior to each webinar.
