On November 24, 2017, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced in a Federal Register Notice that the annual brokers user fee payment is due by January 26, 2018.
The brokers user fee is $141.70 and is due for each permit held by a broker, whether it be an individual, partnership, association, or corporation.
