CBP Announces 2026 Customs Broker User Fee Due Date

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on December 2, 2025. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that the annual Customs Broker permit user fee due date for 2026 is January 30, 2026.

The permit user fee for 2026 is $185.38 and will be due for all active national permits issued on or before December 31, 2025. The user fee will need to paid through the eCBP portal at https://e.cbp.dhs.gov/ecbp/#/main.
