CBP Adjusts Merchandise Processing Fees for Fiscal Year 2018

On November 1, 2017, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced in a Federal Register notice that certain customs user fees would increase for fiscal year 2018, including the Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF).

The adjustments calculated in the various fees are reflected by inflation. The new minimum MPF will be calculated at $25.67 and the new maximum MPF will be calculated at $497.99
