Precautions on Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19): May 8, 2020

Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, and Luxembourg begin early phases of relaxed COVID-19 regulations.

Denmark
The Danish government announced that malls, cafes, and restaurants are allowed to re-open Monday, May 11, 2020. 

Ireland
Nationwide public health measures (including “stay at home” guidelines) have been extended and are now in effect until May 18, 2020.

Portugal
The state of emergency ended on May 2, 2020. Precautionary social distancing measures will be lifted incrementally every 15 days beginning May 4, 2020. 

Luxembourg
On May 4, 2020, Luxembourg began easing measures put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by allowing non-emergency medical consultations to resume.
