Bulgaria and Malta relax COVID-19 restrictions.

The Bulgarian government announced new rules to permit certain businesses to re-open. Subject to measures like moving tables further apart, the use of protective masks, and frequent disinfection, outdoor spaces, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops will be opened to the public.

Malta will allow non-essential shops to re-open as of May 4, 2020. These businesses include a variety of retail stores.
