Italy announces plans to reopen. The Netherlands extends COVID-19 measures.

The Italian government is implementing a plan, beginning May 4, 2020, to re-open all businesses classified as non-essential.

The government has extended most COVID-19 measures until May 19, 2020. In the week prior to May 19, the government will re‑evaluate the regulations and decide which will remain in place.
