February 3, 2026

France Customs is currently experiencing a nationwide outage impacting export declarations.

Although export declarations are being submitted on time, no customs releases (MRNs) are received. This issue affects all brokers and operators in France. French Customs’ IT systems cause the disruption. Customs Authorities have confirmed they are working on a solution, but have not provided any indication of the root cause or the timing of the resolution.

Emergency export procedures are not recommended at this stage because shipments may be held at borders, ports, or terminals without an MRN.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
