Following a conciliation session yesterday between Patrick Terminals and the Maritime Union of Australia at the Fair Work Commission,
the Maritime Union of Australia have agreed to provide an undertaking to the Fair Work Commission that all notified and ongoing industrial action will be withdrawn effective from yesterday afternoon, with no further action to be notified before 10 December 2021.Click here for the latest statement from Patrick terminals.
