The Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) notified Patrick Terminals of its intention to take further Protected Industrial Action at Patrick Terminals, Brisbane, Fremantle and Sydney. 

Brisbane

• 24 stoppage beginning at 11:00 pm on Thursday, 1 October, 2020.

Fremantle

• One hour stoppages of work at 05:00 am, 6:00 am, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 9:00 pm, and 10:00 pm each day beginning on Friday, 2 October, 2020 and continuing for an indefinite period.

Sydney

• 24-hour stoppage commencing 06:00 am Friday, 2 October, 2020.
