On June 27, 2019, the World Customs Organization (WCO) released a new integrity development tool, titled the “Compilation of WCO Members’ Integrity practices on Internal Control and Relationship with External controls.”

To develop the Compilation, the WCO surveyed members on their experiences and practices, and analyzed the responses. According to the WCO, “the Compilation will serve as a good practice guide for Members on internal Integrity controls and how such controls could benefit from strengthened relationships with other government entities that have responsibility to prevent and/or address corruption-related matters.”
