UTSR Extends Section 301 Exclusions

On December 26, 2023, The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced the extension “of the reinstated and COVID-related exclusions in the China Section 301 Investigation”. The Section 301 exclusions had been set to expire on December 31, 2023.

The USTR will also open a docket for public comments on the existing exclusions to aid in the review of further decisions on the status of the exclusions.

The exclusions are extended through May 31, 2024. Public comments on the existing exclusions will be accepted starting on January 22, 2024.
