USTR Seeks Comments on Special 301 Review

On December 15, 2020, in a Federal Register Notice (FRN), the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced its annual review to identify “countries that deny adequate and effective protection of intellectual property (IP) rights or deny fair and equitable market access to U.S. persons who rely on IP protection.”

USTR is seeking comments on any acts, policies, or practices that may identify countries for additional review.

Comments can be submitted through January 28, 2021.
