USTR Seeks Comments on Section 301 List 1 Exclusion Extensions

On August 3, 2020, in Federal Register Notice (FRN) 85 FR 46777, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) requested comments on the possible extension of certain Section 301 exclusions scheduled to expire October 2, 2020. The exclusions under consideration for extension are List 1 Rounds 8, 9, and 10.

Comments will be accepted through August 30, 2020. USTR will evaluate each exclusion on a case-by-case basis before determining whether to extend it for up to 12 months.
