USTR Seeks Comments on Section 301 Exclusion Extensions

On June 22, 2020, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued two notices seeking comments on extending certain exclusions scheduled to expire in September and October 2020. Both notices pertain to exclusions granted for products on Section 301 List 2.

Comments will be accepted from July 1, 2020 through July 30, 2020. USTR will evaluate each exclusion on a case-by-case basis before determining whether to extend it for up to 12 months.
