On June 23, 2020, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued a notice seeking comments on an increase in the tariffs imposed on goods of the European Union (EU) under the large civil aircraft dispute.

USTR is specifically seeking comments on the following:

  • Whether to increase the tariffs already imposed;
  • If products should be added to the list to the scope of the tariffs; and
  • If any products should be removed from the list.

Included in the notice are lists of the current products with the additional tariffs, products previously proposed but not added, and products under consideration for addition. Comments can be submitted from June 26, 2020 through July 26, 2020.
