USTR Releases the Third Section 301 Exclusion List

On April 18, 2019, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) published in a Federal Register Notice (FRN) the third list of product exclusions to the Section 301 trade remedy tariffs imposed on approximately $34 billion worth of products of Chinese origin.

The exclusions are detailed in the annex to the FRN, and covers 21 specially prepared product descriptions across 15 tariffs.

The product exclusions are retroactive to July 6, 2018 and will be valid for one year from the date of publication of the FRN.
