On April 26, 2023, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) released the 2023 Special 301 Report on Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement. This report is on the “adequacy and effectiveness of U.S. trading partners’ protection and enforcement of intellectual property (IP) rights.”
The report is published annually and details findings on reviews of more than 100 trading partners. Of those trading partners, 22 have been placed on the Watch List, and seven have been placed on the Priority Watch List.
