USTR Issues Section 301 List 4A Round 7 Exclusions

On July 20, 2020, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) published a notice announcing the 7th round of Section 301 List 4A product exclusions.  These exclusions cover 11 ten-digit subheadings and 53 product descriptions.

Affected products include:

  • Certain plastic clamps;
  • Various textile products; and
  • Certain lithium-ion batteries.

These exclusions will be retroactive to September 1, 2019 and will be valid through September 1, 2020.  They can be claimed under 9903.88.53.
