USTR Increases Sugar Tariff-Rate Quotas for FY 2022

On July 20, 2022, in a press release, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced an increase to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 tariff-rate quota levels for raw cane sugar. The quantity is increased by 90,718 metric tons raw value (MTRV), and the allocation of this increase is country specific.

FY 2022 extends from October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022.
