USTR Extends Certain Section 301 Lists 1 and 2 Exclusions

On September 30, 2020, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued two notices extending specific Section 301 Lists 1 and 2 exclusions. These exclusions were all originally scheduled to expire on October 2, 2020.

Extended exclusions cover one ten-digit subheading and 8 product descriptions from List 1 and 28 product descriptions from List 2. They can be claimed from October 2, 2020 through December 31, 2020 under 9903.88.60 and 9903.88.61 respectively.
