On December 31, 2019, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued a notice announcing additional exclusions on products of Chinese origin subject to the third list of Section 301 tariffs.
The exclusions cover 2 ten-digit tariff subheadings and 66 product descriptions, addressing 81 separate exclusion requests.
Product descriptions listed include, but are not limited to:
- Various woven fabrics;
- Certain aluminum endcaps ;
- Various types of pumps.
The exclusions are retroactive to September 24, 2018 and will be valid through August 7, 2020. They can be claimed under 9903.88.37.
