USDA Revises Sugar Tariff-Rate Quotas for FY 2020

In a Federal Register Notice (FRN) scheduled to be published September 10, 2020, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced an increase to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 tariff-rate quota levels for raw cane sugar. The quantity is increased by 90,718 metric tons raw value (MTRV) to a total of 1,525,428 MTRV for the fiscal year.

USDA is also extending the FY 2020 raw sugar tariff-rate quota period through October 31, 2020.
