On September 9, 2022, in a Federal Register Notice (FRN), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced the extension of the entry period for the fiscal year (FY) 2022 raw cane sugar tariff-rate quota (TRQ). Sugar entering the U.S. Customs territory under the FY 2022 TRQ will now be permitted through December 31, 2022.
