On February 11, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #46187634, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) clarified the import inspection requirements for loads of potatoes, onions, and open field/field grown tomatoes exported from Canada that have been previously inspected by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency or an authorized Canadian Partners in Quality establishment.
