UK Updates Guidance on Exporting Controlled Goods After Brexit

On August 19, 2019, the government of the United Kingdom (UK) updated its guidance on exporting controlled goods if the UK leaves the European Union (EU) without a deal.

The guidance covers:

  • Military items;
  • Dual-use items;
  • Firearms; and
  • Items that may be used for torture or capital punishment.

Additionally, the guidance provides several links to associated regulations, and tools for those exporting controlled goods.
