UK Suspends Anti-Dumping Duty on Certain Iron and Steel from Ukraine

On August 30, 2022, in a notice, the United Kingdom’s (UK) Department of International Trade announced that anti-dumping duties on “certain hot-rolled flat products of iron, non-alloy or other alloy steel whether or not in coils (including ‘cut-to-length’ and ‘narrow strip’ products), not further worked than hot-rolled, not clad, plated or coated, originating in Ukraine” are suspended for 9 months through May 30, 2023. The suspension is effective from August 31, 2022.
