STR Announces Extension of Section 301 Exclusions for China

In a Federal Register Notice (FRN) published on December 1, 2025, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced that was extending the current 178 Section 301 exclusions for China.

The exclusions under 9903.88.69 and 9903.88.70 were set to expire on November 29, 2025, but now the exclusions are to remain active until 11:59 p.m. eastern daylight time on November 9, 2026.
