U.S. Department of State Seeks Comments on ITAR Changes

On September 28, 2022, in a Federal Register Notice (FRN), the U.S. Department of State issued a request for comment on proposed changes to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The proposed changes pertain to end-user, end-use, and destination of hardware information as well as open general licenses. Comments will be accepted through November 28, 2022.
