September 2023 Antidumping and Countervailing Duties (AD/CVD) Updates

In September 2023, the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA) announced several antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) determinations. Details on these cases, including affected HTS numbers, can be found in the official notices linked below.

Final affirmative antidumping duty determinations were made for:

  • Certain Freight Rail Couplers and Parts Thereof from Mexico.
